From Stability to Mobility

Kärlingesund Retreat Center

Dörthe Braun is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (Intermediate Senior 1/level 3). Her practice, and her teaching, are strongly influenced by decades of study with teachers around the world, including the Iyengars in Pune and senior teachers in Europe and North America. Her current primary teacher is Corine Biria. She currently teaches in Zürich and Winterthur.

Dörthe’s enthusiastic, energetic teaching style and her emphasis on precision encourage students to extend themselves physically and mentally, while her keen sense of humor keeps her classes fun.

Prerequisite:

  • 2 years of asana praxis

Program

Thursday 31/10:

  • 4pm: Course starts with arrival at Kärlingesund Retreat Center.
  • 5 to 7 pm: Asana practice.

Friday 1/11 & Saturday 2/11:

  • 10 am to 1 pm: Asana practice.
  • 4 to 6 pm: Restorative & Pranayama.

Sunday 3/11:

  • 9 to 11 am: Asana practice.
  • 11:15 am to 12 pm: Questions and Answers.
  • 12:15 pm: Brunch.
  • ~2 pm: Course ends.

We are happy to lower the fee for those who have difficulties to pay fully. Don’t hesitate to contact us.

The price includes 30 min karma yoga for everyone, each day.
